I stayed in a twin/double room that was pretty spacious and had a modern feel, complete with a nice balcony. the best part was the location - really close to the stunning bay and lots of cool restaurants and the beach 🌅.

Although located in a new neighbourhood with few places open, the hotel decor is stylish and value for money. the room layout is well designed, and the bathroom is spacious with powerful flushing. Breakfast options are varied, and staff is friendly and helpful in arranging tours and transportation.

The location is far from the beach and the city centre, requiring taxi or car-hire to move around.

The rooms at The Secret Halong by H Collection are simply amazing! The air conditioning keeps the room cool and comfortable, perfect for a business traveller like me. The seating area is cozy and the flat-screen TV with cable channels is great for relaxing after a long day. The private bathroom is luxurious with bathrobes and slippers, making me feel pampered and relaxed.

Personally, I found the lack of a balcony in some rooms a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others would still enjoy their stay without it.

The Secret Halong has a fabulous price and a great location. The hotel decor and style are mind-blowing, with a framed TV and circular bed that are super impressive. The staff is excellent, speaking great English and being extremely helpful when I accidentally booked an extra room. The reception/lobby area is jaw-dropping, and the toilets and shower are spacious and private. The jacuzzi on the 7th floor is a fantastic addition, and the WiFi is super fast. The TV has YouTube and can be casted from your phone or tablet. an amazing stay!

The Secret Halong. well not so secret anymore! Loved the restaurant, free parking, and the concierge service! Even had a tour desk to plan my adventures. Oh, and the buffet breakfast? It was like a roller coaster of options. or lack thereof.
